Suspending beverage

Suspending type low acyl gellan gum is mainly used in acidic or neutral high permeable suspension beverage. It is used to suspend pulp and insoluble solid particles to stabilize the beverage system. The combination of gellan gum and other food gum can be used to prepare, rice wine, gel soda water, fruity refreshing and other beverage products. It can also be used to prepare colloidal granule and produce fruit granule suspension beverage.
